LiveryLingo

Ground transportation software

Every ride, every driver, every passenger — in one place.

LiveryLingo runs the reservation desk for livery and chauffeur companies: book the job, assign the driver, and keep the passenger informed — without a phone call for every update.

Three front doors, one system

Your dispatchers, your drivers and your passengers each get their own address and their own view. Nobody has to be told which parts of the screen to ignore.

Your office. Take the booking, see the day, assign a driver, and watch the job through to completion.

Passenger

Your passengers. A link to their trip with the pickup, the driver and the status. No app, no account, no password.

Built around the reservation

A job comes in, a driver takes it, a passenger rides. Everything in LiveryLingo hangs off that, so there is one record of what happened and who did it.

A real booking record

Pickup and dropoff, extra stops, passenger and luggage counts, flight number for airport runs, and the notes that actually matter on the night.

Dispatch that holds its shape

Every job moves through the same states — confirmed, assigned, en route, completed — so the board always reflects reality instead of somebody's memory.

Assign in one move

Pick a driver from the reservation and the job is assigned. Change your mind and it goes back to the pool, without editing anything by hand.

Drivers see only their work

The driver portal shows one driver's trips for today and what is coming, with the passenger's number a tap away.

Passengers stop calling to ask

Send a trip link. It shows the pickup time, the route and the assigned driver, and it expires on its own after the journey.

You control who does what

Owners, administrators, dispatchers and drivers. Your admins add people, change roles and suspend access without waiting on us.

The work you already do

Most fleets run a mix of these on the same day. They are all the same booking record underneath, which is why one desk can hold all of them.

Airport transfers

The flight number sits on the booking beside the pickup time, so the desk knows which arrival a car is waiting on. Passenger and luggage counts ride along, and the passenger gets a link showing their driver instead of ringing to ask.

Corporate accounts

Regular travellers are saved once, with their number and the notes that matter — the quiet car, the usual pickup door. Booking the same person again takes a few keystrokes, and every job carries its own reference and quoted total.

Events

A day with fifty movements is a board, not an inbox. Everything unassigned is visible in one place, a driver takes a job in one move, and each trip walks the same states — confirmed, assigned, en route, completed — so you can see what has actually happened.

Hotel and concierge work

The desk books on the guest's behalf and sends them a trip link. No app, no account, no password: it shows the pickup, the route and the driver, and it expires once the journey is done. Extra stops carry their own waiting time for the shopping run.

Priced on your fleet, not per seat

Two things decide the bill: how many vehicles you run and how many drivers you have. Rates step down as you grow, so the more you run, the less the next one costs.

An estimate, not a quote. We confirm the figure once we know how your operation runs.

We set you up, then you run it

There is no signup form. Every company is configured by our team, so the first time you open LiveryLingo it already looks like your operation.

Start the conversation
  1. 1

    Tell us how you run

A conversation about your fleet, your dispatch desk and the way work reaches your drivers today.

  2. 2

    We build your company

We create your account, set your address, and appoint your owner. You sign in to something already shaped like your operation.

  3. 3

    You add your people

Your administrators invite dispatchers and drivers themselves, set roles, and withdraw access when someone leaves.

Your data stays yours

LiveryLingo serves many companies, and separating them is not a setting we remembered to switch on — it is how the software is built.

  • Every company has its own address. A driver at one operator cannot reach another operator's screens, because those pages do not exist there.

  • Signing in proves who you are; it does not decide where you land. Your role does — a driver's password will not open the dispatch desk.

  • Every record belongs to one company, and the software refuses to read across that line rather than trusting each query to remember.

  • Passenger links are signed and time-limited, and are good for exactly one journey with one operator.
